I love this game. I have minor complaints like not being able to use weapons in the menu without equipping it, elixir drops are too rare, and they should implement the attack window to get a portion of your health back like Bloodborne.

I can't wait for this game to come out. I been playing the demo constantly.

I felt totally different about it, I thought 3 elixirs wasn't much but then I started getting them like crazy, you can increase the drop rate with kodamas also. I don't think it needs the regain mechanic from bloodborne because there's more than enough too keep you alive of you learn the game, for instance blocking let's you take no damage unless your low on ki. And what do you mean about not using weapons without equipping them? Why would you even want to use weapons while in the menu?

I was unaware you can increase the drops. I felt the regain would fit because he runs out of Ki easily and I have it upgrades quite a bit. It's not a must though since you made me aware of the increase drops.

I meant items not weapons sorry. Like going into the menu and using the item to increase the durability on your weapon instead of equipping it, using it, and then changing the shortcut back to what you want. If there is a way to do this, please share.

Edit: If you go to "Items" and not equipment you can use the items in the menu without equipping them in one of your shortcuts.

There basically is a regain for the ki lol. Ki pulse, when you do a combo, the red bar that takes up your ki bar will go blue when your done, after it fills up I you hit r1 in time you'll gain it all back rather than having to retreat and wait. Keep asking questions and give the game your full attention and you'll get the hang of all of it in no time.

Yep I discovered the usefulness of Ki pulse yesterday. The game is incredibly deep.

I played the demo longer than my entire first playthrough of Starfox Zero.

I really like it so far. Great style, setting, and combat. I'm even having some difficulty with weak enemies in the beginning of the demo.
