Only Major difference I see is reflections.
Some shadow and light effects are slightly better on PC. And there is a reflection in mirrors.
But the main difference is that the PS4 is running in 30 fps while the PC can go above that with the benefits that has to the visuals in movement.

either way this game is shit, no mod or dlc can change that
Visuals are nice and all. Yes the PC version looks better than the PS4 version. My question is does it work well with keyboard and mouse plus does it have a kb and m user interface.
