Wayne Santos Writes: Tales of Hearts R despite its debut on the PlayStation Vita, is not actually a new game. The original version of the game appeared on the Nintendo DS way back in 2008, but the Vita is starved enough—and the game is old enough, in a genre niche enough—that its arrival is welcome one. It may have started on a less powerful but monstrously more popular platform, but its port has never the less been treated with care, and, for JRPG fans, it’s something worth looking into.
VGChartz's Adam Cartwright: "What I aim to examine in this article is the output of each of the major localization companies, in terms of what they released, what they chose not to release (including when they localized titles for other platforms but skipped the Vita version), as well as some brief commentary on the quality of their translations, before providing an overall rating on their support (outstanding -> amazing – > good -> solid -> poor).
A large part of the reason I love Vita so much is thanks to its brilliant selection of Japanese games and that’s really what I want to celebrate here, but also lament some of the missed opportunities we had along the way."
Author Writes: Tales is one of the most prolific JRPG franchises out there, and after Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition there are a few others that deserve a remaster.

I really dislike these articles. Every day they're pretty much the same. It's just a random assortment of Amazon's usual sales. I don't understand why this is posted every single day with just a different sale name.
It's a remake.
