I wish Sierra’s King’s Quest reboot was point-and-click adventure

How about they go super Sierra old school and make it where you had to type out every single command/action you did. And woe to the player that spelled anything word wrong, because you would have to re-type that whole command over.

In video games there are two logos that appear before the title screen. One is the publisher and one is the developer.

In your question, Monolith is the developer so the logo they are speaking about is the one for Sierra, the publisher.
