JM: It has begun! It looks like NetherRealm Studios have decided to start teasing a little promotion today regarding the upcoming Mortal Kombat title starting with rapper Wiz Khalifa, and now Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon.

Not everyone loves Rap music. I have nothing against it, but that genre of music doesn't fit on a game like Mortal Kombat.

Yeah, i 100% agree with you. Cyrax and Sektor will always be cyber ninja, but Sub Zero is better without that high tech. And Smoke is also a better character in his "human" form ( because, you know, he's a Demon)

I hoping since everyone died in the last one they can reset it all. Like Sub-Zero will be resurrected as a human, or another human will take on the mantle of Sub-Zero and he'll be what he's always been.

That just kills off any hype I had for the game.

Well, along with the company's neglect of the Mortal Kombat games. Even that terrible Injustass game had more characters and updates to it. Meanwhile Mortal Kombat got a few skins and 3 DLC characters (not counting Freddy cause that was an insult to anyone who bought a season pass for the characters).

It's just promotion my man. Even though Mortal Kombat is a AAA title and it doesn't need promotion by any outside sources, I think NetherRealm just wants to get the fans excited. I'm sure they'll be more artist outside of rappers promoting as well to.
