Tried this online awhile back and it was laughable. You didn't even have to play the game for the first few levels, just sat back, flew straight on and that was all there was too it. Trying to play the game actually made it harder initially and I did worse the first few times times than when I didn't touch the controls. Eventually I started to get better but only improved on my time by 30-40 seconds over just letting the game play itself. I don't know what the hell anyone sees in this game. Just a flash game if you ask me.

To be fair though, that was awhile back. A lot might have changed between then and now. Still, endless runners/flyers aren't really my thing. I like games with a bit more variety than, Turn Left..now right, now jump. Left again!

I'd never pay money for this with so many great indie titles out there to choose from.

Doesn't the game randomly generate obstacles? The Impossible Game also starts out super easy.

Anon19743698d ago

I think so. My problem was playing the game, not paying the game....it really made very little difference to my level time overall.

Could be I just sucked, but there didn't seem much to this game. I mean, it is just an endless runner after all, which makes it all the more puzzling that they charge $10 for it. I could see it being entertaining as a mobile game or something for a buck or two but when you consider what's out there in the $10 price range, seems hard to justify spending it on just another endless runner. I can download Temple Run for nothing if I wanted that.

Race The Sun for free on Xbox One and Games With Gold

Neil writes - You may not want to believe it, but we're already in the middle of November, the Holiday season is fast approaching and the year will soon be out. Before that though we've got plenty of gaming opportunities to get involved in - one of which is spending some time with Race The Sun now that it is free on Xbox One thanks to the Xbox Games With Gold scheme.

I have Race the Sun on my PS4 and play it with and without PSVR. I kinda dig this game. It's a fun addictive game that's kinda tough at least for me. I seem to do better when playing it within the PSVR though I can't explain why. I now have a Xbox and if it's free so I'll be dnloading it for sure. If you don't already have this game or never heard of it, it's a free Xbox dnload and IMO a good one so give it a shot. Worst case if you don't care for it.....delete it. I

Are the free Xbox Games With Gold titles for November 2018 any good?

Neil writes: "Christmas has always been thought of as a time for giving, but even though the holiday celebrations are just around the corner, it's not quite time for us to be expecting great gifts. But as November 2018 rolls around, that is exactly what the team at Xbox HQ are giving us with the free Xbox One and Xbox 360 Games With Gold titles. But are they actually any good? Will you want to play them? By golly, yes!"

as EA Access Member.... no :/
Battlefield 1 is old and was in a 5$ Sale last Week...

lxeasy2033d ago

As some one who is not an EA Access member .... yes :)
I look forwards to playing BattleField 1 for free with season pass included since EA gave out for free during October.
Dante's Inferno is an underrated game. I loved it last gen.
Assassins Creed is a classic and one that came out early last gen and showcased the transition to HD.
I've never played Race The Sun so looking forward to see what that game offers.

Very nice! Especially now theres an xbox one x patch out for battlefield 1.

PhantomS422033d ago

Battlefield 1, huge yes especially if the DLC is still free. Race the Sun, no dull endless runner cell phone trash (picked it up on PS+ played once and deleted), Assassin's Creed, possibly best Assassin but I haven't played it since it came out so not sure how it holds up. Dante's Inferno, massive yes...hugely underrated.

I enjoyed Race the Sun, to each their own :)

neil3632033d ago

I very much enjoyed it too. Hugely addictive.

lxeasy2033d ago

I think Assassin's Creed 2 and Brotherhood are better than 1
