Titanfall Review - Game Revolution

In my opinion reviews are relative to the genre, expectations and the audience that will play it. 5/5 for garden warefare is apples to oranges when compared to a game that was promoted to the extent of Titanfall.

Is it just me or is the reviewers profile shot a photo of Joel from the last of us? I might be wrong here but i always thought the guys who write these reviews werent suppose to show anything that would make them seem to have a preference or bias. Im just asking..i may be wrong about that.

i hate the 5/5 rating system. there isnt enough flexabilty. a 3/5 is the same as a 6/10 which is terrible. but marking it up to 4/5 is 8/10 which is a good score. you need that 7/10 rating to use sometimes!

A 6/10 isn't terrible. A 3/10 is terrible. A 4/10 is bad. A 5/10 is mediocre. A 6/10 is okay/so-so/decent. It's a pass.

"worth playing" will vary from person to person just as much as "6 out of 10" and "good" will vary from person to person.

Titanfall now at 86 on metacritic. Still a decent score. I guess it's not what everyone hyped it up to be though .
Anytime you hype a game do much your just setting your self up for disappointment. Sometimes it's bettered to be suprised.
