To think that Bioware at some point was capable of doing games like this, you see those characters and remember them like good old friends, and now check ME Andromeda, Anthem, Veilguard etc and wonder what the hell happened.

Based on one narratively fitting ending in Mass Effect 3, Prothean squadmate Javik is highly unlikely to return in the next Mass Effect game.
He was one of my least favorite characters. I wish they would have done the Proths different.

This is the perfect example of an honest review. Mass Effect 3 is just okay; slightly better than mediocre in terms of narration and story while also being very poorly planned out as the finale. Far below BioWare's standards was this game. If it weren't for how great the first two games are, I would have never bothered playing the third one more than once.
I think ME3 is a great game. Not better than ME2 (this one is a 10). The game has it flaws but its definitely not an "okay" game.
I won't engage anyone i debate regarding the finale. But I'll just note that, inmy honest opinion, Mass Effect 3 was an AMAZING game overall, and the Mass Effect trilogy as a whole is one of my favorite experiences of the past generation.
Can't wait for a new Mass Effect game, That IP has still plenty of untapped potential for us, IMO.
