Nights into Dreams still stands as one of the greatest games of its generation. It was the 21st highest selling game in Japan during 1996. He/she has shown up in Sega Superstars, Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing, Sonic pinball, and several other games. Nights is a classic from the beginnings of 3D gaming, and it will eternally remain one of my favorite, most nostalgic, gaming experiences that I'll keep for a lifetime.
The Mandalorian has been out on Disney Plus for while now, and Baby Yoda has captured our hearts with its Force of Cuteness. Here are a few childlike video game characters that are just as cute as he is.
Since I was a kid, I have always seen Chao's as the cutest ficitional creatures, but Baby Yoda is really staking a claim for that title.
SEGA has a bunch of classic games reduced by 85% in the Steam Summer Sale, making each of them just 83p each. Included is Jet Set Radio, Sonic and more.
An action score-attack game with enough love in its setting and presentation to actually warrant a spoiler warning.
Nights is a vastly underrated accomplishment by Sega, the background story is purely captivating and the story gets told in a simplistic fashion that has meaningful depth. I love how each dream represents and obstacle and the conclusion gives the child the mental break through to conquer their deepest fears.
Personally I thought the Wii remake did unintentionally tarnish the character. Including a voice and turning Nights female went against the original design. Nights was supposed to reflect the gender of the child.
Like you this is a game I'll never forget, loved it back on the Saturn and love it today on Xbox Live Arcade.
The music in this game incredible. I first played it a few years ago, and it really is a magical game.
Still have it for my Sega Saturn and nights 2 for the Wii. Amazing game.
I finally replaced the av cable for mine a few weeks ago after years of sitting in my closet, been playing nights of course and alone in the dark going to pop in virtua fighter along side my eclipse stick and kick some serious ass....ah the memories..
