In before the "boohoo, bring it to the US"
I would totally get Vagrant Story. Man that game was complicated when I was 15. It was my first RPJ game

Is that the one where the character models had no faces? If so then yes it was a brilliant game, spent weeks on that thing

kwiksilver994248d ago

no faces??!!!!! what kind of game was that?
i think vagrant story had character's with faces and a kickass combat system, intriguing story and great atmosphere.
really hoped a sequel would come out.

kingdip904248d ago

Sorry I was thinking of granstream saga. With so many awesome rpgs on the ps1 its easy to get confused (for me at least lol). I hope the ps4 has the same level of rpg's with great stories!!!

Blastoise4248d ago

I don't know about anyone else but we in the UK had this sale since the last update. I know this because I picked up Ragnarok Odyssey for under £10.

By the way if you never downloaded it on PS+ Demon's souls is incredible value for £7.99

HarryMasonHerpderp4248d ago

Not sure why you have a disagree Blastoise as you are 100% correct. This sale has been active since last week.

pyramidshead4248d ago

Yup could of sworn this sale had been rolling for ages here in the UK haha.

andrewsqual4248d ago

This Sale started last week. A bit slow with the ol' news there.

bequietdrive4248d ago

I know, prices are actually decent!

FamilyGuy4248d ago

Huge list,

Vagrant Story @_@

Cam9774248d ago

I bought Grandia, Parasite Eve & Vagrant Story from the web-based store last week. Did they do something wrong?

kwiksilver994248d ago (Edited 4248d ago )

looking at the non availability of games in some regions its a wonder how sony manages the whole pal region.

5 Of 8 Japanese AAA Game Stocks Just Hit All-Time Highs

Dr. Serkan Toto says: While things do not look great for many studios in the West, things are very different in Japan – and I was shocked how little people in the industry still know and understand about the third biggest gaming market in the world (which is a probably a positive for a Japan game industry consultant like myself).

its funny, i just read something about this yesterday.

Eonjay33d ago

Honestly, it looks about the same if we are measuring a company's success on their all time high stock price. It has nothing to do with the sentiments some in the industry have.

Objectively the two biggest problems are cost cutting and consolidation.

This lip sync thing sounds pretty awesome. But one cannot shake the feeling, this is going to be combined with AI, and….. sigh

Lightning7735d ago

AI in this use is no big deal imo and result in better animation for character models.

Mr_cheese34d ago

If implemented correctly, AI is a great addition. For me, the problem with AI starts when companies like Activision use it to pump out art work, cosmetics etc to cut corners when they make so much money already.

Got to be fake news, no gamers worth they're salt go outside

jznrpg39d ago

There are these new inventions called windows, I just used mine for the first time today

Hedstrom38d ago

They are pretty amazing. Almost like being outside but there are glass between.

Kosic38d ago

They're like TVs, but they don't need to be plugged in to display their picture. But the only issue is the screen doesn't change the background much, just the characters move.

Mine would never run out of juice thanks to my glowing personality......

badboyz0939d ago

It better be regular light cause I play inside😜

mudakoshaka39d ago

My Samsung TV remote charges on solar-power or artificial lights. Or a USB if needed. The tech is hopefully getting better so it can charge a gaming controller.
