Game Informer - Today marks the release of Dragon’s Crown, the latest title from Vanillaware, the developer behind Odin Sphere and Muramasa. The 2D fantasy brawler/RPG has been praised by many critics (including us), whipping fans of the genre into a fever pitch. You are probably eager to jump right in and start hacking away at orcs and wyverns, but taking the time to read these tips will ease your learning curve and remove frustration from the adventure.
If you've come looking for great games, you are in the right place. Here are the best Co-Op Games you can play on the PS3
The load times in retrospect are unbearable but I did have hella fun playing couch co-op with my gf on the PS3 and PS2.
Resistance 2 co-op was amazing! I wish they would remaster resistance 1-3 and killzone 1-3 for the PS5.
Let me save you the time to scroll down no Warhawk or Starhawk, 2 of the best co-op games on PS3
We've rounded up a few PS3 games that show serious potential for big price jumps over the next few years. Could these reach "Holy Grail" status?
I have a friend who still has a sealed copy of Folklore. I’m sure it’s worth more now than it was when it released but I’m not sure how much more.
PS1, PS2 and PS3 BC right now is pointless. The top games are extremely overpriced or aren't available anywhere anymore. The best that can happen is Sony putting all the games on the PSN and/or PS Now. That way we all can play the classics, with trophies and some optimizations.
Still have the Neptunia box sets unopened. Every year they get more valuable
The sorceress is likely the best-known among the playable characters of Vanillaware's Dragon's Crown, and she's getting a new figure.
Oh its her old design? Thought they'd go with her more recent one with her 'assets' reduced meh not that I'm complaining.
Pretty good tips. Some of the spoils you gained arent even that good. Loving the game so far.
I kinda like how you have to earn online multiplayer.
As a side scroller with rpg elements... I'm loving it.
Two more tips from me :)
1) When you do some grind / quest, try to not bring your A.I who have very good equipment / item. Why? Because you can't repair your A.I equipment and when their equipment broke or their items gone, than they are useless. So use them when you want to finish some stage, especially the B route that had more tough enemies and boss than the A route. Trust me, if you want to face the final boss without playing online, than you need your best party with their best equipment.
2) You don't have to beat the enemies with your primary weapon. There's a lot of alternate weapons scattered in every stage such as crossbow, torch (you can do a fireball attack when using torch, if you have the right equipment), dagger, flamethrower, bom, etc. You even can ride some animal like sabertooth / dragonlisk to beat the enemies. Don't shy to use them, so you can minimize the cost to repair your primary weapon.
this is no real beginners guide unless they tell you to get some lotion, paper towels and pick the magic chick with the big bazzooongas.
