If they didn't say it was exclusive, it's likely not. Sony would have made sure to highlight that if it was.

It seems most likely timed exclusive, and I'm sure we'll see an Xbox port if it's easy enough, unless SE doesn't like money

Only announced and debuted at Sony Event. BUt you never know down the line it might become multiplat. But if it is in fact a PS4 exclusive along with FFXV (FFvXIII) Sony just won e3.

Honestly? I want it to be Playstation Exclusive. As selfish as that may seem. It's been exclusive all this time. And i kinda feel like you'd need to play the other 2 games (at least) to follow the story. Most people won't want to play ps2 (graphic-wise) games.

The PS4 needs its exclusives. KHIII and FFXV makes the PS4 REALLY APPEALING right now. Yeah, there would be more sales, but most exclusive games that take advantage of a console's powers makes it a better game.
We'll see tomorrow at Nintendo's E3, but don't get your hopes up. Nomura is a PS fanboy, and the numbered KH games have only been on PS2, and so is KH 1.5 HD Remix.
