Anyone try it yet? More bugs?

Fistedcupps4400d ago

I didnt know people still played skyrim on the Ps3.

SanMarco4400d ago

What's so bad with it on ps3?

MaxXAttaxX4400d ago (Edited 4400d ago )

Did you need a memo telling you that people still play the game? I'm pretty sure people still play it on all 3 platforms.

Also, the game plays just fine on PS3. I had Skyrim first on PC up until post PS3 patch last year and, while it could be just coincidence, I encountered less glitches/bugs on PS3 than I did while playing on PC.

Some think it's broken or unplayable on PS3 and that is completely false. I haven't run into any issues that I hadn't run into on the PC version.

Overall seems to run smoother, havnt really had any hangs/slowdown or came across any bugs so far while playing Dragonborn (360). Also it helps performance if you have only a few saves, so delete em all except for your most recent use overwrite and turn off the autosave too.

RE_L_MAYER4400d ago

Lol I got max amount of save files whitch is aroundb100 or 130 files)))

CourierSix4400d ago

Honestly I don't like the idea of the new Legendary difficulty, why would I want to waste my time with resetting my skill tree after all the hard work I put into it...

RE_L_MAYER4400d ago

I dont know why people bother with hardest difficulties-I mean you gotta give it some slack and enjoy the game without trying to kill a draugr that can murder you with 1 blow....even on novice the game is challenging and deadly

CourierSix4400d ago (Edited 4400d ago )

Definitly agree with some of what you said. I like a challange(a bit more than novice though)and op enemies can really ruin the game.

StreetsofRage4400d ago

I enjoyed and played this game more than any other game...but with every great adventure comes an end. I am satisfied with my experience with Skyrim.

Just too many games out where it's tough to put so much time in just one game.

Fallout and Skyrim show us that talented developers make great games when you leave them alone

That judicious lack of oversight permeated everything in Bethesda's RPGs, in a positive fashion.

Christopher9d ago

I much prefer a left alone Obsidian and Larian Studios. Bethesda's formula has grown old for me.

anast7d ago

Larian hit another level with DOS:2 and then took it even further with BG3. They do high quality work.

Skyrim was a letdown compared to previous games and so was Fallout 4

Kosic7d ago

I agree, I found it an interesting game. But nowhere near worth the hype (unless you include mods)

dmonee8d ago

Skyrim blew my mind when it released. That game took me to the gaming, promisedland. Going back to it when it was updated for the PS5, it felt slightly rough around the edges, but great for its time

TheColbertinator7d ago

We should leave Obsidian alone. Bethesda on the other hand should be kept under constant psychiatric observation.

anast7d ago

Skyrim feels like the game was made in a hurry with a disorganized team.
