Chances are, if you attempt to explain the concept of Patapon to the random person, you will be looked at as though you are a crazy person. It's true, Patapon is a blend of several genres and is difficult to classify; the best way to describe it would be a rhythmic, extremely simplified RTS. It's a great blend of art, music and real meaty gameplay and possibly best of all, it's only $20 and fully justifies it's slight price tag.

You’re definitely going to need to try your hand at importing to get the most of the genre here, but that shouldn’t be an issue thanks to region-free hardware and easy-to-grasp gameplay."
