Holy F**k, Pokemon just never gets old. I saw a video on youtube where one of the legendary pokemon is latios, my fav pokemon from pearl/diamond, which makes this game a day one purchase for me.

Trust your instinct, it's obviously not a bad game (has there ever been a bad pokemon game). Don't forget these big websites are only the opinion of one person, that person is no more qualified to review a game than you or I. I say buy it.

I don't know. Looking at the vid made it look like more of the same, but with more content, just like any other direct sequel franchise.

As a big Pokemon fan a 9.6 seems very generous. Thats the kind of score you'd give Red/Blue Gold/Silver back in the day. I doubt these are as revolutionary as them. Even official Nintendo Magazine didnt give this higher than a 9.1.
Its got a lot of eights, which seem fair to me.

As Audrey Drake is a massive fan girl I`d imagine anyone who buys this game and is expecting a game as good as a 9.6 will probably be disappointed.

Yeah I feel the same too, in fact me and my friend pre-ordered about 4 copies of the game, three Black and one White.

It doesn't have to be perfect for it to be enjoyable, I've yet to play it though so I can't give it a concrete score yet.

If anything though it's fun when you battle friends, that's why we picked up a lot to trade and battle.
