After spending some time with Mass Effect 3's new ending, it seems like the extended cut is at the very least, mostly satisfying.
Based on one narratively fitting ending in Mass Effect 3, Prothean squadmate Javik is highly unlikely to return in the next Mass Effect game.
He was one of my least favorite characters. I wish they would have done the Proths different.
This Canada Day, explore our homeland with the best video games that have adapted or reimagined the Great White North in digital form.
Mass Effect 3 is remade, rebuilt, and remastered thanks to a huge Mass Effect mod which changes almost everything in the Bioware RPG, as we await Mass Effect 4
I've still yet to see the original ending. I should probably get on that...
Still felt a bit copy and pasted with none of the war assets making a difference.
I got into a relationship with Cortez and I don't want to see him all alone again T_T
A trilogy that is heavily based in player choice and advertised that way by Bioware and in the end none of the choices made in 3 games, i repeat 3 games, had impact in the conclusion of it cant never be satisfying. I played Mass Effect for its story and to see how our choices would affect the story and that was taken away from me the moment i was forced to choose an ending, nullfying all the choices i had made in the whole trilogy up until that moment. The whole appeal of a 60 hour franchise ruined in its last minute and that is something that a few cutscenes wont fix.
Now, if only they can do this to crappy games.
