How To Get Sussur Blooms in Baldur’s Gate 3
Sussur Blooms are found in the Underdark area, located beneath the surface of the actual overworld. There are four entrances players can take to get to the Underdark:
- Auntie Ethel’s Teahouse
- The Defiled Temple
- The Whispering Depths
- Zhentarim Hideout
The Sussur Blooms will be found on a giant blue glowing tree by taking the Defiled Temple or Zhentarim Hideout entrances. An easier place to find them would be at the Arcane Tower’s garden in the Underdark.
Players can get to the garden by jumping off the ledge near the entrance onto blue and red mushrooms. Continue down until reaching the bottom, using the Feather Fall spell to negate damage if necessary, and the Sussur Blooms will be on the blue glowing tree.

How To Use Sussur Blooms in Baldur’s Gate 3
Sussur Blooms are an ingredient that suppresses magic, and players will not be able to cast magic while holding it. Luckily, players won’t have to hold it long after grabbing one from the Arcane Tower’s garden.
There will a locked door in the garden that players can lockpick, and will lead to the Arcane Tower basement. The basement contains a power generator that runs on Sussur Blooms, and players can give the ingredient to the generator. It will restore power to the elevator, and players can continue to explore the Arcane Tower.
