Want to know about how to beat Death in Vampire Survivors? Then you have come to the right place.

All normal runs in Vampire Survivors default to 30 minutes, then abruptly ends when Death and his long scythe enters the picture to instantly kill you. No matter how strong you get within the 30 minutes, Death will inevitably get you. However, there is a way to beat Death and extend your playthrough beyond the 30 minutes, but it requires a few key items to unlock first. This guide will show players what is necessary to beat Death in the game.

How To Defeat Death in Vampire Survivors

First, players will have to unlock the Hidden Ground area by surviving 30 minutes in the Moonglow stage with a standard, non-secret character. Players will be teleported to the new area instead of Death showing up at the end of the run.

Players can explore the Hidden Ground, and will receive the Yellow Sign at the end of the linear level. This will unlock the following items for regular runs: Gold Ring, Metaglio Right, Metaglio Left, and Silver Ring.

Players can then start a regular run, and will need to acquire the Crimson Shroud and Infinite Corridor weapons. The Crimson Shroud can be unlocked by upgrading the Laurel, Metaglio Left, and Metaglio Right items to max level, then defeating an elite enemy that drops a chest.

The Infinite Corridor can be unlocked by upgrading the Clock Lancet, Gold Ring, and Silver Ring to max level, then defeating an elite enemy that drops a chest. These two items will freeze Death and cut his health in half, so having these two items and a good build will beat Death with little issue.
