Players will eventually get stronger as time passes, but more and more enemies will fill the screen. It became a surprise hit when it launched on PC, Xbox consoles, and mobile last year. Is Vampire Survivors Coming to Switch?
The simple answer is yes, Vampire Survivors will be launching on the Nintendo Switch. It will be released for the Nintendo console on Thursday, August 17.
It was first announced last June during the June 21 edition of the Nintendo Direct presentation. This will be the full game that has appeared on PC and other consoles and will be feature-parity with the other versions.
The game can be purchased from the Nintendo Switch eShop for $4.99, though will have a 10% launch discount until the end of August. Players can also purchase Vampire Survivors DLC sold separately for $1.99 each, and both will also receive the 10% launch discount.
There are two Vampire Survivors DLC packs: Legacy of the Moonspell and Tides of the Foscari. Both add new weapons, characters, and maps to the base game. These are not required to fully enjoy the base game but do add a significant amount of gameplay options.
