Enable TPM and Secure Boot

  • Start by entering BIOS. To do this you have to restart your computer and as it boots up press Del, F2, or F10
  • Enter the Advanced settings and locate the TPM option, then Enable it (TPM might be named differently depending on your processor, if you are using Intel it is called PTT and on AMD fTPM).
  • In addition to that, in the Boot tab locate the Secure Boot option (in case you cannot locate Secure Boot you will have to Disable the CSM Support for it to show up as an option).
  • Enable Secure Boot.
  • Save and Exit BIOS to restart your computer with TPM Enabled. 

Run Valorant in compatibility mode

Additionally, sometimes running a game in compatibility mode can resolve issues like this. Use the following steps to run Valorant using compatibility mode. 

  • Right-click on Valorant to access Properties.
  • Locate the Compatibility mode, and check the box Run this program in compatibility mode.
  • In the drop-down menu select the appropriate version of Windows. 
  • Click on Apply and then OK to save this change.
