Restart Your Modem/Router

How To Reset VGC
If restarting the Modem didn’t do the trick, you will need to reset the vgc service on your system. This solution can be a little long for most users, but it does get the job done. To reset your vgc, follow these steps:
- Open up the Search bar and type in %appdata%
- Go to AppData from the top navigation bar and then to the Local folder.
- Head into Riot Games > Riot Client > Config and delete the RiotClientSettings.yaml file.
- Now head back to the Local folder and look for the VALORANT folder.
- Now follow this path: Saved > Config > CrashReportClient.
- Here, you will need to delete all the folders that show up.
- Now you will need to head back to the Saved folder.
- This time open up the Logs folder and delete everything that it contains.
- Next, type in services so that you can restart the vgc service if it is not working.
- Once you have located the vgc service, if the service is stopped, right-click on it and select Properties.
- Here, set the Startup type to Automatic and hit Apply.
- Hit Start, wait for it to complete, and then press Ok and close everything down.
- Finally, open up Command Prompt and type in the commands netsh winsock reset and ipconfig /flushdns.
- Now you will just need to restart your system to complete the changes you just made, and Valorant should work just fine when you are back.
