The First Descendant has various characters called Descendants that players can unlock and use, and Bunny is one of them. To unlock almost all the Descendants in the game, you have to research them first. Moreover, every character requires some materials to be gathered before you can go to Magister Anais in Albion to research them. Luckily, Bunny is among the first Descendants players can unlock in the game, and you will want to do it as quickly as possible.
How to Unlock Bunny in The First Descendant
Unlocking the Bunny in The First Descendant is rather simple, all you have to do is play the game. During the first few main missions in the game, you will receive a side mission called the Bunny Crafting Training Stage. To complete all the stages of the Bunny Crafting Training Stage, you have to gather some materials like:
- Bunny Code
- Bunny Enhanced Cells
- Bunny Stabilizer
- Bunny Spiral Catalyst
Luckily, almost all of these resources can be gathered during main story missions in Kingston. However, you will have to do one Void Battle before you can complete the Bunny Crafting Training Stage. Once this is done, talk with Anais to complete the side mission and start the unlocking process for Bunny Descendant.
Using the Descendant menu, this character can now be picked and used as the main Descendant. Keep in mind, that all Descendants start at level 1 once unlocked, and some leveling up will be needed before you start playing harder missions.
The First Descendant Bunny’s Passive and Active Skills
In The First Descendant, all characters have one Passive, three Active skills, and one Ultimate skill. Speed and battlefield mobility are key features of Bunny: constantly moving builds up electricity, which is used to power up all of her abilities.
Passive Skill
Rabbit Foot – This skill grants Bunny an amount of Electricity proportional to the distance moved, which will slowly be consumed once movement is stopped. Additionally, Bunny deals damage to all nearby enemies when landing from a double jump.
Active Skills
Thrill Bomb – Bunny throws a bomb at the nearest enemy that deals damage in an area. This damage is increased proportional to the amount of Electricity Bunny currently has.
Speed of Light – Increases Bunny’s movement speed, directly affecting the amount of Electricity that can be obtained.
Lightning Emission – Bunny shoots electric pulses for a short time, damaging nearby enemies. Moreover, enemies hit by Lightning Emission will also get the Electrocution effect, which does damage over time. Damage done by this skill increases depending on the current amount of Electricity Bunny has.
Ultimate Skill
Maximum Power – Bunny discharges electricity in a beam, dealing damage to all enemies hit by it, with damage increasing based on discharge time. This skill ends once all your accumulated Electricity runs out. So, the more Electricity you have, the longer the damaging beam will last.
