Sometimes, Nexon surprises us with their quick responses. They have just released a 1.2.19c Hotfix for The First Descendant to fix a very annoying bug that players recently started reporting.

Things are pretty chaotic with TFD at the moment. Only recently, we had the first Season 3: Breakdown trailer, which caused quite a commotion in the community. On the positive note, the players love its gloomy tone, speculating that the whole season will be a bit darker. On the other hand, it came with an announcement that we won’t be seeing it (in full) until August, which caused quite a bit of ruckus. But, even with all that chaos going on and the focus being on the upcoming season, the devs are still hard at work trying to keep the game running smoothly. An annoying bug recently started plaguing the community, and Nexon was quick to fix it.

The First Descendant Hotfix 1.2.19c Patch Notes

Nexon deployed the Hotfix 1.2.19c for The First Descendant, addressing an annoying issue with the “Albion Special Dispatch” event. From now on, players on all platforms can log in without worrying about the “Albion Special Dispatch” event pop-up messing stuff up.

While a minor issue, it still caused some trouble with the players, and now there are a lot of comments along the lines of “Yeah, that was annoying”, while others are still complaining about content drought.

Nexon continues its commitment to smooth out gameplay issues, and this follow-up patch comes just a day after the known-issues log was updated with the aforementioned issue. While they do have some hiccups now and then (like with the infamous audio bug), they do try to respond to issues as fast as possible.
