Looking for a rundown of all show characters set to appear in South Park: Snow Day? We’ve got you covered. Let’s break down everyone you can expect to see on your playthrough.

South Park: Snow Day follows up the first three entries in the gaming franchise based on the hit TV series, this time tasking the player with stopping a blizzard from bringing an endless winter to the town of South Park. The action-adventure game is split into five chapters, during which you’ll team up with and battle against loads of familiar faces from the show. Fan-favorites like the leading guys themselves, Cartman, Kyle, Stan, and Kenny, will appear throughout the game alongside other recurring characters. Here’s a look at the cast of Snow Day, including playable and non-playable characters.

Who Are the Characters in South Park: Snow Day?

Throughout South Park: Snow Day, you’ll meet a handful of characters from the long-running TV series, including the main cast and several recurring side characters. While some hold much larger roles than others, here’s a look at everyone who appears in the game.

  • Cartman — Playing the role of a Grand Wizard, Cartman acts as a guide of sorts throughout the game, even joining you in battle. He doesn’t want the school re-opened, so you’ll see a lot of him as the story unfolds.
  • Stan — We won’t get into any specifics when it comes to Stan’s role in Snow Day, but we will say that it’s probably not what you expected. He also appears for a greater portion of the game than he did in past entries, so fans will be happy with the outcome here.
  • Kyle — As showcased in the game trailers, Kyle takes up the part of the Elven King. You’ll actually face off against him in a boss fight, but we won’t spoil any story elements beyond that.
  • Kenny (Princess Kenny) — Kenny’s alter-ego, Princess Kenny, speaks Japanese and serves as an in-game boss. This fight isn’t a huge part of the game, but we won’t give away too much to be safe.
  • Butters — In the context of Snow Day, Butters is basically the Dungeon Master, controlling the rules of the game. He keeps track of the cards that are played, and you can check in with him as needed.
  • Jimmy — Much like Kenny, Jimmy will actually appear as his Bard. You’ll find him offering up card upgrades throughout the game.
  • Henrietta — In each of the game’s chapters, Henrietta will offer up dark upgrades for your card. That said, you’ll want to seek her out as you make progress in the game. Just follow the sound of the heavy metal.
  • Nichole — While she doesn’t actually appear in the game’s main story, you’ll meet up with Nichole following completion. At that point, she’ll introduce you to the Infernal Contracts mechanic.
  • Tweek & Craig — The dynamic duo mans the Bazaar, where you can purchase all manner of cosmetics to customize your character with PP points.
  • Tolkien — If you’re in need of armor, weapons, and powers, Tolkien is your guy. He’s set up a shop to help you with anything you might need.
  • Randy — Without spoiling any major plot points, you’ll find Randy in a pretty sticky situation on your playthrough, so it’s up to you to save him.
  • Mr. Hankey — The Christmas Poo himself holds a small role in Snow Day, lending the player access to upgrades with the Dark Matter resource.

Who Do You Play As in South Park: Snow Day?

At the start of your South Park: Snow Day playthrough, you’ll create your own character referred to as the New Kid throughout the game. This is the only playable character available, so you won’t be able to take on the role of fan-favorite characters like Cartman, Stan, Kyle, or Kenny.

While this is a bit of a bummer for fans of the long-running series, it’s not all bad news. Your character is totally customizable, serving as a self-insert of sorts as the game’s five chapters unfold. You can choose the overall look of your character, including their outfit, and gain access to new DLC cosmetics. If you purchased the Deluxe Edition of Snow Day, you already have these cosmetics on hand and ready to wear as the chaos ensues.
