- Only one code for a Hisuian Zoroark can be used in either the Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game. Upon purchase of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC, an email with your code will be sent to the email address registered to your Nintendo Account. There are two requirements that must be met for a Chingling to evolve into a Chimecho. The Chingling’s friendship level must be high, and the Pokémon can only evolve at night.
Players can increase their friendship with Chingling in a few ways, such as capturing it in a Luxury Ball or having it hold onto a Soothe Bell. Feeding it a Grepa Berry, Hondew Berry, Kelpsy Berry, Pomeg Berry, Qualot Berry, and Tamato Berry will also increase friendship, but will also lower various EVs. Kelpsy Berries are the most beneficial here, since they lower Attack.
The Chingling will eventually evolve when its friendship level is high enough, and it levels up during the night. Players will have roughly 36 minutes to evolve their Pokémon between sunset and sunrise in Scarlet or Violet. Give the Pokémon a Rare Candy to level it up fast during this period.
