Palworld is an increasingly popular survival sim, where you have the help of Pals to keep you going. These cute little guys can help you in lots of ways, from menial labor, serving as mounts, to fighting at your side. Each Pal has their own stats and quirks, and this is represented in the game with Passive Skills. These can be beneficial (like increasing their attack damage) or detrimental (like reducing their work speed). So, let’s take a look at the list of all Passive Skills there are in Palworld.

List of All Passive Skills in Palworld

At the time of writing, there are 64 Passive Skills in Palworld and no doubt that number will increase as the development continues. To know what Passive Skill a Pal has, you first have to capture him. Once captured, on its Pal Stats screen, in the lower left corner, there is a Passive Skills section where you can see what Skills it has. Note that Passive Skills can be passed on by Breeding. Skills are random, with the exception that every Lucky Pal (the huge, sparkly ones) will have the Lucky Skill, and every Legendary Pal will have the Legendary Skill. Without further ado, here is the full list of all Passive Skills, separated by tiers in descending order.

Tier 3 Passive Skills

• Artisan – Work Speed +50%.
• Burly Body – Defense +20%.
• Celestial Emperor – 20% increase to Normal attack damage.
• Diet Lover – Decrease in Hunger is less likely by 15%.
• Divine Dragon – 20% increase in Dragon skill.
• Ferocious – +20% increase to Attack.
• Legend – Attack +20%, Defense +20%, Movement Speed +15%.
• Logging Foreman – 25% increase to Player Logging Efficiency.
• Lord of Lightning – 20% increase to Lightning attack damage.
• Lord of the Underworld – 20% increase to Dark attack damage.
• Lucky – Work Speed +15%, Attack +15%.
• Mine Foreman – 25% increase to player Mining Efficiency.
• Motivational Leader – 25% increase to Player Speed.
• Stronghold Strategist – 10% increase to Player Defense.
• Spirit Emperor – 20% increase to Grass attack damage.
• Swift – 30% increase to Movement Speed.
• Vanguard – 10% increase to Player Attack.
• Workaholic – SAN drops 15% slower.

• Abnormal – 10% decrease to incoming Neutral damage.
• Aggressive – Attack +10%, Defense -10%.
• Blood of the Dragon – 10% increase to Dragon attack damage.
• Botanical Barrier – 10% decrease to incoming Grass damage.
• Brave – Attack +10%.
• Capacitor – 10% increase to Lightning attack damage.
• Cheery – 10% decrease to incoming Dark damage.
• Coldblooded – 10% increase to Ice attack damage.
• Conceited – Work Speed +10%, Defense -10%.
• Dainty Eater – 10% decrease to Satiety depletion.
