The Peni Parker Drama Is Coming to an End as Marvel Rivals Devs Announce a Fix

Don’t worry, it’s coming! As you probably know, there’s been some backlash about Peni being ignored lately, and even broken after the latest update. The Marvel Rivals developers are working hard on a fix for Peni Parker, once again proving that they truly value players’ input.

Peni Parker Fix Incoming!

In the early morning hours of March 20, the devs took to the official Discord channel and announced the wonderful news. James, the Community Manager, shared the details of this process.

The CM noted: “We’ve been following the discussions in the community about Peni Parker, specifically regarding her Arachno-Mines. It seems that even when entering her Cyber-Web, the mines can still be attacked and destroyed during their burrowing and explosive phases, which is definitely impacting her gameplay experience. We recognize this as a bug”.

They added: “The correct behavior should be that once the Arachno-Mines are within her Cyber-Web, they remain invulnerable and cannot be destroyed. Outside her Cyber-Web, they should be destructible as normal. We’ve pinpointed the issue and are actively working on a fix. As soon as we have an update, we’ll make sure to keep you all in the loop! Thanks for your understanding and support!”

Marvel Rivals Players Appreciate the Devs’ Efforts

As you know, since Marvel Rivals dropped, the players have been blown away by the devs’ dedication, time after time, and them working on a fix for Peni Parker only confirms what everyone already knew. NetEase developers are amazing.

Sapowski_Casts_Quen noted: “Credit where credit is due. In certain other hero shooters, developers ignored players for years. Good job, devs”. Other players joined in, with many claiming this was another win for the devs.
