The notorious sequel to the universally acclaimed The Last of Us, Part II follows Ellie, one of the main characters from Part I, and Abby, a new protagonist. This PlayStation-exclusive game had a rough start as a lot of players had issues with various choices the devs made for Part II, from the story to character representation. But, when the passions died down, Part II got a respectable 90/100 score on Metacritic and various awards and accolades. A Remaster was released which updated the game’s graphics and performance, and got updated further for PS5 Pro. And pretty soon, PC players will be able to join in on the fun.

The release date for the PC version of The Last of Us Part II Remastered is Thursday, April 13, 2025.
It will be available to get via Steam and Epic Games.

The official system specs required to run The Last of Us Part II Remastered have yet to be disclosed. But, the folks from GameGPU have shared what they think the requirements would be, based on similar games of today.
