Where is Winterburg and Sgt. Winter in Fortnite?
Winterburg is located on a small island on the north shore, between Lavish Lair and Classy Courts areas. You can get there by air, using a Glider, or on foot, via ziplines, located on the shore. There you will find a couple of houses and Sgt. Winter wandering around.
Bear in mind that he’s a friendly NPC, so attacking him is frowned upon, and you’ll just get a lump of coal as a reward.

Who to Get a Present From Sgt. Winter?
You are probably looking for Sgt. Winter because of the quest: “’collect an item inside a present thrown by Sgt Winter.” Getting a present is more than simple. Just approach him, and he’ll ask you if you’ve been naughty or nice. After a second or two Sgt. Winter will throw a giant present for you. Simply break it with a Pickaxe and take the items inside. And that’s how you finish the quest.
