How Do You Ride a Dinosaur in Fortnite
To be able to ride a raptor, you first need to tame it. Once it’s tamed or hatched, you can ride it by using the interact key. This will allow your character to mount the raptor, and from then on, you’ll be riding it like any other vehicle in the game.
Note that your raptor mount has both a health and a stamina bar. These can both deplete over time, so watch out. Stamina depletes even quicker if you hold the sprint button. You can replenish the raptor’s stamina by guiding it to run over meat sources.

How To Tame a Raptor in Fortnite
There are two ways to tame a raptor in Fortnite. Firstly, you can find them in the game’s jungle biome. You can either try to tame an adult that’s out in the wild, or you can look for an unhatched raptor egg. The eggs can be found around the jungle as well, for example around the Rumble Ruins or Shady Stilts points of interest.
To tame an adult raptor, you have to entice it with some meat. Grab some meat and throw it toward the raptor. This will lure it, and once it’s busy with the meal, approach it and press the interact key to tame and ride it.
To tame a raptor from an egg, you will first need to find one. They are most often located under bushes and other plants. Approach the egg and hold your reload button. This channels for a little while, and spawns a brand-new raptor. This raptor “hatchling” is immediately tamed and you can proceed to ride it.
