The long-awaited sequel to the original Dragon’s Dogma game from Capcom, unsurprisingly titled Dragon’s Dogma 2, has its release date finally announced and if you are looking for some information on all of the Editions, we can help. In this article, you can find everything there is to know about all available game Editions, including their cost and what you will get as a bonus for pre-ordering a game. So without further ado, here is the info on all Dragon’s Dogma 2 Editions.
All Available Editions of Dragon’s Dogma 2
There are only two Editions present for purchase on the Dragon’s Dogma 2 official site. Between them, there is only the Standard Edition and the Deluxe Edition of the game. The prices are the same across all platforms, and all Editions are available in digital and physical formats.
- Standard Edition – costs $69.99 and will get you the base game.
- Deluxe Edition – titled “A Boon for Adventurers – The New Journey Pack”, costs $79.99 and in addition to the base game, it comes with:
- Explorer’s Camping Kit,
- 1500 Rift Crystals (in-game currency),
- Dragon’s Dogma Music & Sound Collection,
- Bonus items: Wakestone, Art of Metamorphosis, Harpysnare Smoke Beacons, Ambivalent Rift Incense, Heartfelt Pendant, and Makeshift Gaol Key.
The Deluxe edition bonuses will also be available as paid downloadable content on the official release.
Pre-Order Bonus
Buying the game before its release comes with Pre-order Bonuses, that include a Superior Weapon Quartet, which means one weapon for every Vocation in the game. Adding to this, the Deluxe Edition Pre-order Bonus also gives a Ring of Assurance.

What is Dragon’s Dogma 2?
In this open-world RPG, you are put in the shoes of Arisen. There are four Vocations to pick from and every one can be upgraded to Advanced Vocation. You find yourself in a parallel world to the world from the first game. However, there is still a Dragon there, with the potential to destroy everything. It is up to you to be the savior and stand against this threat.
