Looking to find out if Exoprimal includes a campaign mode? Then you have come to the right place. Exoprimal developer Capcom did show off the game before it launched on July 14, but many players were still wondering how exactly the game was structured. It is a multiplayer game, but can you play single-player? Are you forced to play competitive multiplayer, or simply players against the AI? Does Exoprimal have a campaign? This guide will show players whether Exoprimal does have a campaign mode.
Is There A Campaign in Exoprimal?
The short answer is that yes, Exoprimal does have a campaign. It is structured differently from other games, where you pick the story mode option and then play through a series of gameplay encounters and cutscenes.
The main mode in the game is called Dino Survival, and is not available to players until after the introductory cutscenes and playable tutorial. This is the mode players will use to play the game, though it does have the option to play in PvP or PvE in matchmaking. There is also a Random option that includes both, and gives an XP bonus for choosing it.
Playing through consecutive matches will unlock more nodes in the Analysis Map, located in the Database tab. The map keeps track of all the mysteries surrounding the story, and video logs that could help answer those questions. There are 19 mysteries to unlock and 22 video logs to discover. There are no other methods to unlock them faster other than playing the Dino Survival mode.
That is everything to know about whether there is a campaign in Exoprimal. For other helpful guides on the game, be sure to check out how to change your suit before or during matches and how to open War chests and get cool rewards in the game.
