Disney Dreamlight Valley is in early access until December 5, 2023, when the game will transition to full-releas. And, yes you can play the game on PS5 during early access by buying one of the Founders Editions. But after December 5, you will only be able to purchase one of the Game Editions so you can play the game on your PlayStation 5.
