While progressing through Diablo 4’s campaign, you will come upon the swampy region of Hawezar. Within this zone infested with vipers, pirates, and bandits, you will come upon a quest that takes you to Yngovani. But the zone isn’t marked on the map, so returning there without quest markers can be difficult. So let’s check out where is Yngovani in Diablo 4.
How to find Yngovani in Diablo 4?
Yngovani is considered an untracked area within the Blightmarsh region in Hawezar. It’s made up of an ancient overgrown temple, filled with snakes, vipers, and other nasty creatures. Your quests to stop Lilith will take you there late during the campaign, during Act V. Moreover, Yngovani can be overtaken by Helltides during the Diablo 4 endgame, and become a hotspot for the Gathering Legions event.
Wrack and Ruin quest in Yngovani
One of the main reasons to seek out Yngovani is to complete the Wrack and Ruin quest. This quest tasks you with entering the infested temple in Yngovani, which is locked until you can recover the two serpent eye jewels.
These jewels are also located within the area of Yngovani, in the eastern and northern parts respectively. Once you’ve placed the jewels in their sockets in the temple door, the temple will be unlocked.
After entering the temple, you will be able to venture forth and face the boss — Snake Queen Mohlon. Defeating her will award you with Mystic Incense that you need to progress the campaign quest.
