Veiled Crystals are obtained when Salvaging weapons or armor at a Blacksmith. However, these must be at least rare quality or higher. The good news is that you can go to any Blacksmith, whether this is the first one in Kyovashad in the Fractured Peaks zone. Blacksmiths in Scosglen, Kehjistan, Hawezar, or the Dry Steppes.
