Diablo 4: How to Do the Pinch of Poison Quest

To get the Pinch of Poison quest you have to go to Gea Kul, in Kehjistan. There, look for Baraim, the Proprietor of the Watering Hole, located in the north-western part of the city. You have to be at least Level 50 to be able to accept the quest. Approach him and select the “Are you offering any work?” option. This starts the Pinch of Poison quest.

To finish the quest, you have to find 15 Scorpion Venom Glands. They are, unsurprisingly, dropped by Scorpions that you can find in Kehijstan. But, your best bet is to go to Amber Sands, located to the northeast of Gea Kul., There you will find a lot of Scorpions and finish this quest in no time.

Every Scorpion killed there has a chance to drop a Scorpion Venom Gland. Once you gather 15 of them, head back to Gea Kul, either via Town Portal or Waypoint, or however you prefer. Approach Baraim, and choose the “I found the venom glands you wanted” option.
