How to Get Mind Blown Achievement in Baldur’s Gate 3?
Mind Blown achievement is completed simply by taking certain dialogue options with The Emperor. At the end of Act Two, you will learn the true identity of your Dream Visitor – a Mind Flayer called The Emperor. Now, to get the Mind Blown achievement, you have to choose friendly/positive conversation options each time you speak to him. Of course, if you have somehow killed the Dream Guardian before this, then this whole achievement can’t be done.
The important part happens when you complete the ‘Visit the Emperor’s Old Hideout’ quest in Act Three. That quest automatically starts when you pass by the Elfsong Taven, in the Lower City. Enter the tavern and through its kitchen, follow some stairs that lead to the storeroom. After some fights and Perception checks to find hidden buttons and passages, you will come across a room with The Emperor’s old mementos. Interacting with his Sword will complete the quest.
Take a Long Rest and The Emperor will once again appear in your dreams. Continue responding favorably until the option to take his hand appears. Choose that one. The next time he appears, during a subsequent Long Rest, he will appear more scantly-clad and the option to be more intimate with him will become available. Before concluding, The Emperor will offer to turn into a more appropriate form for you. Regardless of what form you choose for him, romancing him all the way is how you get the Mind Blown achievement. Weirdly, this will not influence the ongoing romances you already have, of any.
What Is the Mind Blown Achievement?
Mind Blown is an achievement in BG3 that you get by romancing The Emperor. Only about 10% of players have managed to complete it.
Achievements are specific goals that denote a player’s success in a specific task or a challenge. For example, the Pest Control Achievement in BG3 is rewarded if the player kills the Spider Matriarch before her eggs hatch. Some Achievements, like the aforementioned Mind Blown, require you to romance a specific character in the game. There are 24 revealed Achievements in Baldur’s Gate 3 and 29 hidden ones.
