Diablo 4 Server Slam Beta – Length, How To Get In, and More!
Players thought they would have to wait for June to get more Diablo 4 playtime, but Blizzard announced another Beta for those desperate for more.
The Diablo 4 Server Slam Beta will be arriving soon, giving players one more chance to experience the world of Sanctuary before the game’s release. This guide will go over everything a player needs to know about this Beta, so they can get their last bit of play in before the last long wait until this summer.
How Long Does the Diablo IV Server Slam Beta Last?
The Diablo IV Server Slam Beta runs from May 12 at 12pm PDT to May 14 at 12pm PDT. Players will have two full days to experience Diablo 4’s early game.
Who Can Take Part in the Diablo IV Server Slam Beta?
There is no restriction on who can join this Beta. All that is required is that players download the Diablo 4 Open Beta version on the console of their choice.

What Parts of Diablo IV Will Be Covered in the Beta?
The area of the game open for play will be the same as in the previous beta. Players will have access to the Prologue and Act 1, as well as the entirety of the first zone, Fractured Peaks. There will be five classes available to play:
- Barbarian
- Rogue
- Sorcerer
- Necromancer
- Druid.
Players will be able to fight Ashava, the world boss, as well. Ashava will spawn starting on May 13 at 9am PST, and will spawn every three hours until the last spawn on May 14 at 9am PST.
The only difference between this beta and the previous ones is that the level cap has been dropped slightly. Players will be able to level up to 20, where the level cap in the previous betas had been 25.
Data from previous betas was not carried over, meaning that those who played in the first betas will have to start new characters from scratch.

What Rewards Can People Earn by Playing in the Beta?
Players can earn the same rewards as in the previous betas, with the addition of one new reward earned for defeating Ashava.
- Initial Casualty Title: earned by reaching Kyovashad with one character.
- Early Voyager Title: earned by reaching Level 20 on one character.
- Beta Wolf Pack Cosmetic Item: earned by reaching Level 20 on one character.
- Cry of Ashava Mount Trophy: earned by defeating Ashava with one Level 20 character.
Players of all types should be excited to get one more crack at Diablo 4. Given the name of this Beta, we can also hope that Blizzard’s servers are more prepared for the onslaught than they were last time. Still, even if there is a small queue, most players will more than likely find themselves having a good experience raising Hell in Sanctuary.
