5 Potential failures that might need your help in May

Take a look at these five games which are possibly going to fall along the wayside due to the popularity of the bigger releases coming in May. Support the developers, support these games and you might find something special as a result. (DiRT Showdown, Game of Thrones, PC, PS3, Sorcery, Xbox 360)

I'm awfully sorry but. Sorcery reminds me of the terrible Kinect Harry Potter mode. I do hope it's better realised than that as EA tacked it on to the Harry Potter game and it truly sucked massive hairy wizard balls.

I'm actually pretty stoked for Dragon's Dogma but the rest look pretty forgettable games.

Dragon's Dogma looks cool. I might buy Sorcery just because I haven't touched my PS Move once since buying it.
Rynx  +   1073d ago
Yeah I like buying things just so that I won't use them too.

/trollface.
JamieLeeC93  +   1073d ago
Why buy it in the first place if you're not even going to use it? -_-
come_at_me_bro  +   1073d ago
I obviously didn't buy it with the intention of not using it. Put two and two together...

Uhhhhh, it looks better than any Harry Potter game ever released....

I think Dragon's Dogma will be just fine. The rest however I can see being missed out on.

Capcom certainly doesn't need 'mercy' purchases.
Fylus  +   1072d ago
I have to be honest, I personally don't think Dragon's Dogma even looks that great. Odds are Capcom will troll the hell out of it when it comes out anyways (Like they've done all year with all their games).

Sorcery on the other hand looks pretty damn awesome. Sony really needs to promote more Move-based games.

Sorcery will be awesome!

Love Game of Thrones, can't say I am expecting that to be all that great, but here's hoping it's relatively decent.

games to get in may

Dragons dogma
max payne 3
sorcery

maybe, game of thrones.

oh yeah. DIABLO3.
r21  +   1073d ago
i'd gladly buy them all. one by one of course, starting with Starhawk, then to either Max Payne 3 or Sorcery then either Gravity Rush or Resistance Burning Skies.
Lazyeye79  +   1073d ago
I hope Sorcery doesn't fail. We need more Move games.
CaptainSheep  +   1073d ago
Sorcery WILL NOT fail! I'm sure it'll do well. :D
smashcrashbash  +   1073d ago
I love journalism. They just love to talk about failure before games even come out. And to make it worse gamers are following their example You haven't played it or know anything about it or know how well the mechanics work but it will fail.Suddenly Sorcery is a Harry Potter wanna be because it is about a boy with a wand in his hand. So that slight similarity automatically makes it that way. By that logic UC3 is a rip off of Titanic because Drake was a guy who was on a ship that sinks.

Don't like the price tag? Its a AAA BLIZZARD title marked for the standard 59.99. What's wrong with the price tag?
Bladesfist  +   1072d ago
I have bought already like 6 games this month, which has pretty much destroyed my funds
edonus  +   1073d ago
I hope Sorcery does really well. We need a motion control game to define the core genre. Right now there is no blueprint to follow for what will be universally accepted by core gamers for a motion controlled game.
Ares90  +   1072d ago
May is talking to me. It says
MAX PAYNE 3
