Uncharted 3 owners can expect to get a glimpse at the new dlc headed to the game tonight on Spike TV. Geoff Keighley made the announcement over twitter a short while ago. Uncharted 3 won’t be the only game in the spotlight on the show either.
I love Uncharted...but with the game out and the fact everyone has managed to get to a high level with all the good weapon treasure sets unlocked, it's just way too fast paced now. Lazarevic's Kal 7 with high blindfire, Marlowes/Flynns M9, Choles Tau, high leveled kickbacks going off all the time (big bomb, cluster bomb, creepy crawlers etc)..................I just miss the pace of Uncharted 2, why did ND have to try and compete with COD and the other multiplayer big boys I can tolerate it, I do enjoy it so theres that to hang onto, not as much as Uncharted 2...but I wonder what the DLC could be Will they put "Hardcore" Elimination mode back in ?
It won't be worth the money you have to pay for it, and should have been included on the blu-ray. But hey ho, people will pay for it.
Already paid for it because I got the Fortune Hunters Club deal, but rather it's worth it or not is your opinion. We don't even know what it is, so I doubt you know if the dlc is worth it or not anyway. Either way, it supports ND, and that's one dev company I don't mind supporting.
The game already came with a ton of content on the disk, there no reason they should have put this on the disk
ND is one of my fav. developers, why not spend a few dollars on a DLC for an awesome game? People spend 15$ on 3 new Call of Duty maps and 2 old maps (Yes, even I bought all the Mw2 map packs) and they NEVER complain. And I don't see why everyones hating on UC3's multiplayer. I enjoy it WAY more than Uncharted 2's multiplayer. Its more fun in my opinion. Can't wait to hear about this new DLC.
Yeah they had included it on the Blue Ray Disk just as Activision did with the 4 DLC packs for B0 at $15 bucks each or just as they are doing now for MW3... or just as Capcom did with UMVC3 ... rigth?? You hipocripts!!!
It's funny cause Uncharted 3 charges 1/3 of what Activision charges for the same amount and type of DLC.
Gotta agree with WhiteLighting Uc2 had much better pacing and it seemed much more balanced. I plan on rebuying Uc2 tomorrow if I can get a copy before they're sold out and playing that instead. I swear the second in a Sony franchise is always the best Killzone 2/Uc2/Infamous 2/...at least this gen. Still interested in seeing what the DLC is.
It's a sad sight If you mentioned this before Uncharted 3 you would get called a troll or worse because it's ND and we should have faith in them....but whats the point in complaining now, people may as wel complained before hand. It was all fine and dandy in the betas because nobody unlocked all the good stuff so everything looked and felt balanced.....I knew this would happen when the game got released. I think ND bit off more then they could chew to be honest. This won't be the last Uncharted....will it, they could of slowly added the changes in each game, one or two new features per game. I mean it's a nice thought, weapon mods, kickbacks and upgradable boosters but it's made the game far too unbalanced, even in the Subway beta people could see where it was starting to go. I hope for Uncharted 4 they will strip it of all it's features and just have it like Uncharted 2 before the 1.5 patch (hell even after the patch it seems more balanced then U3)........Just your skill, the weapon YOU FIND on the map not a silly loadout and just two simple boosters to give you a hand......perfect
Couldn't of said it better myself, I hated how they put class load outs into it. Seems like every game regardless of style is trying to be like CoD...which is stupid because if people want to play CoD they buy it...oh well going to walmart soon because they have Uc2 for $15 so hopefully some old lady doesnt get the last copy for her grandson before me or god help her.
Agree completely, I wish the maps were closer to the style of UC2 because they just seem too big and more complex. Co-op is the better form on multiplayer imo.
THE NEW DLC SHOWN WAS THE FLASHBACK MAP PACK... IT CONTAINS 4 UNCHARTED 2 MAPS REMASTERED WITH NEW PARTICLE EFFECTS, ETC,ETC THEY HAVE ANNOUNCED 3 OUT OF 4 MAPS THAT WILL BE RELEASED IN THIS PACK. FORT, ICE CAVES... THE NEW ONE ANNOUNCED WAS SANCTUARY... HOWEVER THE SNOW IS GONE, AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF A JUNGLE AT NIGHT. ONE MORE MAP WILL BE REVEALED AS PART OF THIS PACK I hope it is village... that was my fav map in Uncharted 2
I hope it's a survival mode with all the supernatural creatures throughout the series. Slippery naked guys, yetis, spiders, guardians, Sully's mustache...it would be awesome.
that's what i want too!
I've been saying this since the subway promo...unch2 just felt right. Yet I prefer MW3 as my goto mp. But that kind of speed feels wrong in unch3. I've been trying to feel it, but yeah. Lol And matchmaking is borked. I get put into lvl 50-60's far to frequently.
I just can't get into UC3 mutiplayer at all it's just a blindfire fest. I rather enjoyed UC2 muti better and still do to this day.
I love u3 multiplayer and i am tired of people saying it is unbalanced because every one has all the weapon mods and some have the regular gun loadout. yeah it is unbalanced but not because of that but because you can just pick up the guns that are on the map that have weapon mods on them which means you dont have to get to a higher level to get a modded better weapon. without paying for any of the upgrades you get the best guns now thats not balanced. you dont even have to play to get a gun a level 60 player would have now thats the truth if you think im lying just actually play the game. i think its unfair but that is how uc3 balances out the weapon mods for people with non modded guns by putting the modded weapons on the map for any one to pick up. this might be my first or second post but ive been a member on this sight for about 2 years
what is the dlc about i didn't watch it
Can't wait to play the new Sanctuary map.
More campaign? or just MP content
