Would be VERY surprised if anything comes of this.

That said - good luck to them.

I traded in Black Ops today to Gamestation and got 30 pounds for it :o

It cost me 40 brand new so its like i rented it for 2 months at 5 pound each month LOL

The people who are sending letters... lol at them... they are losers. Any game will have bugs in it... there just mad they bought a product they didnt research enough... its a peice of software.. all software has bugs. That being said i play the multiplayer on pc all the time.. i have not yet spotted a single bug... and i play it a lot... so if these people complain..its cause they are butt hurt that the game isnt want they expected it to be. If they would win anything out of this it would be a sad day for game development, because it would mean all games are attackable since all games have bugs. It would mean i could get a full refund for god of war 3 even though i beat it and loved it... because of the glitch where u can make kratos jump off the edge of the cliff in 1 level and not die.

Activision purposely made the PS3 version inferior, thus not as advertised. I don't know if there will go anywhere, but it is a try. The one way to get back at Activision though is to just not buy their stuff. With how much hate there is towards CoD it is pretty obvious that a LARGE population who has bought the game hates it.

If they didn't buy anymore games from Activision and put a BIG dent somehow in them, then Activision might listen and try to make the game equal on ALL platforms.

I myself really don't, but good luck to them.

bumnut4827d ago

No you are wrong, the people who buy this crap for an inflated price every year are the losers.

jbiz3204827d ago (Edited 4827d ago )

Complain with your wallets next time, not these bullshit ass petitions. Every single person that put a billion dollars into the pockets of Activision last year have themselves to blame over this shoddy series.

Megaton4827d ago (Edited 4827d ago )

Yep. CoD fans are schizophrenic.

Boycott MW2!
*MW2 launches*
Fuck! I shouldn't have pre-ordered this crap! Never again!
*Black Ops announced*
Holy shit! Gotta get it!
*Black Ops launches*
Man, this game sucks! I'm never buying CoD again!

It'll be a repeat as soon as the next one is announced. I haven't bought a single Activision title since CoD4, and I've got no regrets.

evolution544827d ago

Couldn't have said it any better. That is so damn true. I guess many players can't resist buying a game knowing that thousands of other people will also be playing it online almost on day one of launch. It's just so tempting for many...

At least that's what I believe in.

perdie4827d ago

Actually people were not boycottong mw2 it was very wanted before it came out

itsralf4827d ago

@perdie
Actually, a lot of people were boycotting MW2. I remember because I was one of them.

evrfighter4827d ago

I was one of em. I also stuck to it.

Megaton4827d ago

@perdie

Google "MW2 boycott". Then Google "MW2 boycott fail" for some lulz.

" I guess many players can't resist buying a game knowing that thousands of other people will also be playing it online almost on day one of launch. It's just so tempting for many"

Pfft not for me it is. For every 1000 people, 750 are jerks/idiots. :p

I wish every single person put a billion dollars into my pockets last year...

Dart894827d ago

Man wish someone would do this in the u.s so many people got robbed of their money.Ch**** tu madre activision and treyarch good for nothing developers.

Burning_Finger4827d ago (Edited 4827d ago )

Awesome News!! I hope Treyarch shuts down and Activision lose tons of money cause of the lawsuit.

MarioWarfare4827d ago

I don't think Activision is worried, they made more money with black ops than most publishers make from 20 games.

RememberThe3574827d ago

I really don't see what they could do about it. It's the consumers fault for continuing to buy crap software from the same exact people.

Op244827d ago

How the fuck were people supposed to know how buggy and glitchy it is if there's no demo to even try. You'd expect the game to improve not suck nuts.

RememberThe3574827d ago

It's an Activision game. Buggy and glitchy is what I always expect fro them.

Alien: Rogue Incursion Game Trailer

At last some news. Happy Alien Day! Today, renowned VR game developer Survios, in collaboration with 20th Century Games, announced Alien: Rogue Incursion, a new single-player, action-horror VR game set in the iconic Alien Universe.

-Foxtrot19h ago

All we want is Alien Isolation II...

Garethvk19h ago

Sadly that is not likely to happen.

darthv7216h ago

More like lame trailer... I was hoping for a glimpse of the game itself.

Garethvk15h ago

That would be nice but I am guessing that is for SGF or some pending show or event.
