When Smoking Gun Interactive, the studio formed by ex-Relic (Company of Heroes) staff members, announced the first details on its debut project, VideoGamer understandably paid attention. Relic is responsible for some of the best PC games this decade, so they dived into the X graphic novel to see what information could be gleamed from its pages.
The studio has also set up an ARG, giving people even more titbits of gameworld information. They caught up with Smoking Gun Interactive CEO John Johnson to talk about how the graphic novel came about and the reason behind it.
PlayStation has announced that they will be removing Twitter/X integration from PS4 and PS5 systems on November 13.
I never used it or had no intentions to. I am curious to why though.
Musk is doing his damndest to kill X the artist formily known as Twitter. Oh well. 🤣
NE: "Austin and I continue our E3 2014 chat by discussing announced games Nintendo should be featuring (Hyrule Warriors, X, Smash Bros., etc.), Nintendo’s mystery 3DS session on Wednesday, and more."
I'm really glad most people don't post their random, rambling gaming youtube videos on N4G. It helps cut down on the clutter.
Hardcore Gamer: After much deliberation, prophesying and hope, we've selected our top ten most anticipated games going into E3 2014.
I think we can all agree that Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare deserved a spot on this list.
Sadly, my most anticipated games for E3 are the least interesting--Samurai Warriors 4 and Zelda Musou.
I imagine DOS will make an appearance, but since it's releasing at the end of the month and I've had beta access since December, I'm not anticipating it that much.
I guess there's Xillia 2? Too bad FFXV won't make an appearance.
....
Really, though, the main things I'm hoping to see are just new announcements for new games/localizations. It was either Valve or the Borderlands people who bought the Homeworld IP, right? I'd love to see a Homeworld 3 announced. Or a Dragon Quest VII 3D localization announcement. That would make my week.
