It was one of the best I think by fan reception of course. But my hope is that it will be a start of remakes going from chronological order. I'd love for that and to patch up some small things that make the story more fluid.

The remake is said to be multiplat as well. Another Rumor is that Ghost 2 won't be there. I suspected a least a teaser logo but no Ghost 2 won't be there at all.

I don’t want a sequel…. Not every game needs perpetual sequels.

Sometimes, we can be one and done for a generation, at least, like with Skyrim.

I want a sequel really bad . I love Samurai games and all things Samurai. I collect Nihonto/swords other relics and there aren’t enough AAA Samurai games ever imo.

Studios don't go through the nightmare of trying to come up with a hugely popular top grossing new IP just to make 1 game and go oh well thats that, we don't want all that potential hundreds of millions in revenue if we made more...

If a game doesn't get a sequel, it wasn't popular at all and was most likely a failure. People keep screaming for new IPs but then when they get them, don't want to support them as they evolve and grow from sequel to sequel. True insanity.

Skyrim has also been ported so many times its become one of the internet's biggest jokes! Nobody should be like Skyrim, good lord!

I would get Got2, don't get me wrong. But it's not needed. They showed they can make an outstanding new IP, they can make another. The people who supported Got will most likely support their new IP knowing how their games turn out.

We don't need a Got 2 cause the story ended just fine. Either u killed the uncle or didn't. What do u want, a 2nd Mongolian invasion? Go after the dead or not dead uncle? They can take everything great about that game and make a different game, with a different story.

I mean do not get me wrong, it could be made poorly…
But it could also be knocked out of the park better than any other franchise out there.
The closest comparison of the possibilities would be red dead redemptions online aspect of which was pretty good/fun.

Like others have commented, I don't think I want a GoT2, I feel like the first game wrapped up very well and a sequel might end up feeling watered down. I'd much rather see a new Infamous, or perhaps a remake of the original!

First, I just want to see what each studio is working on. They've got two teams at ND now, what's behind those doors?

Second, I'd love an inFamous reboot, Killzone or Resistance reboot, a new RPG IP, what's next for Bungie, Spider-Man 2 Gameplay, and new indies coming.

@Christopher I totally agree about Infamous. A current gen Infamous would be amazing. Since Second Son was a launch game I think they cut it a little short. First Light helped it out but I’d prefer a bigger game all in one.

Bungie is working on several different projects and their fist game is suppose to ship in 2025. I still think we'll see some sort of new game announcement from their other projects from Bungie.

There is a list circulating the internets. Half Life Alyx is in there, as well as Ghost of Kokorome (GoT2). Last of Us Factions and Twisted Metal, Snake Eater: Subsequent, SpiderMan 2, Death Stranding 2 and so on. Looks more like a wishilst than the real thing, though. If only...:D

Fingers crossed they have something to show BUT I anticipate some fluff about Starfield, some more boring Forza chat and then some non-announcements.

They really need to come out with Fable, Hellblade, State of Decay, and some other exclusives with some tangible release dates and gameplay.

It’s been years of things being announced too early and having nothing to show for it. If their showcase is more of the same then honestly, I can see even the most diehard Xbox fans waking up and smelling the coffee. We’re almost at the three year mark in this gen with an abandoned Halo, a great albeit niche Forza Horizon, & a disappointing Redfall. They need to do something.

Microsoft has their connections through said franchise/company and would almost certainly try to nab it as an exclusive.

I'd love a peak at Housemarque's next game. They started working on a new IP shortly after Returnal launched 2 years ago and have been in full development for over a year after the Tower and co-op release. Returnal was so good I still do random runs just for fun.
