PlayStation Has More Movies and Shows Announced Than Games

In today’s Podcast Beyond episode, the crew discusses the state of Sony’s properties and how many games they currently have in the works compared to their movies and shows. With the success of The Last of Us, Sony has big shoes to fill when it comes to upcoming movies and shows including the God of War movie, Gran Turismo, and whatever Gravity Rush is going to be. Also, we explore the best and the worst of quick time events and share our thoughts on them. (Any excuse to showcase some Asura’s Wrath gameplay is good enough for me! - Red, the Producer)

They knew what they were doing with that title smh but PS has way more exclusives in development compared to TV shows and movies so it doesn't matter

A lot more PS5 exclusives will be announced this year in late May or the beginning of June

From IGN posts I've seen today they've glazed all over MS for buying up the multiplatform games industry and attacked Sony for making content.

There's smoke coming off of Microsoft's checkbook from all the furious writing going on... obviously. They're dumping millions into lobbying as well, since various governments want to shut their monopoly strategy down.

Once all the ActiBlizz fiasco is over and done with, expect Sony to drop bombshells to remind everyone who's on top.

Announced or not Sony has a lot of games in development . Even take away the GaaS junk and they have a lot in the works . I don’t mind waiting closer to release for announcements I know they are coming .

I actually prefer that. I'm good with 2-3 months notice.
