Gears 5 Xbox One X Console Leaked via Retail Site

Microsoft seems to have let slip a new Xbox One X Gears 5 bundle that contains every mainline entry in the series, and come with one month of Xbox Game Pass and one month of Xbox Live Gold.

@brave, oh come on now... like you havent seen someone post about trading in a ps4 pro for the spiderman one (or other themed system).

Personally, I tend not to do trade ins. I just add to the collection.

It does look great.
It would look amazing right next to my God of War ps pro console on the wall.
I do hate that it doesn’t come with the matching controller.
I rather it come with that controller than the extra games.

@darthv72 - only time I got a second console was when I got the 500 million Pro to replace my OG Pro. I couldn't pass up that awesome looking one. I don't purchase additional ones to sit on the shelf though.

i wasn't a fan of the controller when i first seen the leaks but it's growing on me. The console looks incredible, i would probably even go as far as saying it's the best looking console i've ever seen. The gears 4 console also looked amazing though

A year in a half is plenty of time. Others can still make a last minute purchase before next gen starts. PS sold over 100m so ppl aren't quite slowing down on buying current consoles. You can start saving up now for the new consoles releasing next year you still have plenty of time.

Never said it was going to be irrelevant, but if you look at the history, Microsofts support for the previous console drops drastically, when the next generation console is released. So why spend my money now to get this, when that money could be used towards something better like the next gen Xbox in 2020?

@oldboy - could be a possibility, but usually new gen drives sales. People will be excited to pick up the new hardware and I am sure MS should have some launch titles available that people will want to buy.

@Naruto - plenty of games to play on the XB1 though, maybe not exclusives, but tons of content still. I get what you are saying though, still plenty of life left in the PS4.

Definitely people will buy Scarlett day one, but over the first year they might sell 4 - 5 million, PS4 could do the same numbers.

I feel like the One X is a waste of money at this time tbh. It hasn't even been out that long and next gen starts next year. It's irrelevant to buy one now especially if you already have a Xbox Slim or PC

I want it because I love gears, had the gears 360 back in the day, never bothered with the gears 4 one as it looked very similar, do want this one though, for me it's not about already having an xbox, I also got the gt slim and spiderman pro even though I had the original, even bought a white ps4 just because it looked nicer, sometimes people just like nice things.

Xbox One X will still be relevant for the next 4-5 years as the games made will be compatible with all systems. Plus you have a system that will have all the capabilities that new consoles will have. Xbox one X is a beast and Scarlett will be a monster. It's a win win.

The console looks phenomenal all fine and dandy but MS needs to market the shit-out the GAME...which I haven't seen yet. My main concern is those dollar whores w/GamePass are going to kill it for the experienced or hardcore Gears player ( GPNoobs know what I mean...they even bitch about the maps).
