"It has been about a year and three months since the Nintendo Switch has launched, and the console-handheld hybrid has received some incredible support from a slew of developers. Many developers and publishers were (seemingly) waiting for the Switch to prove its viability in the market, in fear of another Wii U blunder. Luckily, Nintendo sold 4.8 million units in the U.S. between March 2017 and January 2018, outpacing the phenomenon that was the Wii, which sold 4 million units in the same time frame. Now, the Nintendo Switch is a beloved console by millions of gamers across the globe, and more game makers are taking notice." -- Nintendo Enthusiast

A few Fortnite players are leaving the game after the latest Fortnitemares update for reasons so absurd that you'll cringe.
Save you a click: it's because players can "sell their souls" in-game to Mephisto, the Marvel comics version of the devil. It's not an absurd reason, it's a religious reason, one you may or may not agree with.
Many upcoming skins were revealed with the latest Fortnite survey, giving us an idea of what's coming in Chapter 6.
Too much games on switch
Get ready for it. Wallets will suffer!
Probably is a matter of time for quite a few titles whether anyone believes it or not.
I personally wish Nintendo the best, not just for competition's sake, but because they deserve a pat on the back (thus far) for having done so well launching as the underdog. I just hope they can keep their momentum.
Side note: I hope a Grand Theft Auto entry hits the Switch so the internet can break, because camps on both sides seem adamant it will/won't happen. Wonder if it would be as bad as the first glimpse of the Wii mote?
I love my switch and the portability of playing games on the go. I don't want my switch to be a port machine and getting sub par ports at that. I want my Nintendo Switch to inspire devs to make original third party content taking advantage of the switch hardware and portability. It's ok for the big three to have some of the same games like your fortnite and rocket league. But games like Resident Evil and Wolfenstein I think fair better to me, to me, I repeat to me on other consoles. Also if it will take a year plus before the switch port is available it makes sense to enjoy those games elsewhere. I'm happy it's available for people to enjoy them that don't have other consoles, but I would rather have other consoles be envious of the games for the switch and the features available other than it being portable. Give me great game makers of the DS and bring that ingenuity to the switch.
Switch isn't getting that many big games, don't kid yourself.
