First he turns on his PSP by waving a small piece of what I expect to be a magnet next to the on switch. This turns on the PSP (obviously), and resumes the XMB (this is just the teaser). A lot of homebrew users might be expecting new themes, custom gameboots, plugins, etc, but this modder has none of that. In fact his entire mod is all represented through the casing. The PSP was ambition personified, so much so that it’s kinda wild to look back and realise what exactly Sony cooked up in 2004.
I still play my PSP. Sadly the UMD drive has stopped working, but I modded it to still be able to play my games (and then some). Such a great little portable.
