GamerKnights has done an in depth review of the new "State Of Decay: Year One Survival Edition".
More info:
"The ambition of the story and choices you can make, coupled with a small team, meant that even for an open world game (a genre known for wonky gameplay), State of Decay became well-known for suffering from outrageous bugs and unrealistic behaviours. Whilst some of these have been dealt with in patches, it feels like nothing special has been done for this release. In fact, some of the most glaring problems are completely replicated. Animation is rubbish. Control over your character (and any vehicle) is appalling. "
