Things are getting better. Most mmos have issues in the first few weeks. The company has been awesome with relaying issues to the community, and the game shows a lot of promise. We will see if the promise turns into being awesome!

Exactly it's pretty much "please tell us your bad experience and we will do our best to fix it!" They just love being with the fans and everything else, sledge even followed me on twitter after I followed him. Overall I think I'm getting my money's worth and my time well spent with the game and the show.
