Dead Space 3 (Single-Player) Review | HAL

Isaac Wagner: "You must be some awful Necromorph to not like previous entries in the excellent Dead Space franchise, and I’m happy to report that Dead Space 3 is another great entry in this brilliant gaming property. The weapon crafting stuff is fun stuff, and the world of Tau Volantis is an exciting place to explore. And even though the story isn’t very good, and the co-op seems to have some negative impacts on the single-player experience, I thoroughly enjoyed Dead Space 3. It’s not as unique or surprising as Dead Space 1, or as memorable and thrilling as Dead Space 2, but Dead Space 3 is a fun title that is worthy of the Dead Space name. Even though it never comes close to matching the many highs of previous games, Dead Space 3 is still your best bet if you’re looking for a quality action-horror experience." (Dead Space 3, PC, PS3, Xbox 360) 4/5
